Lemon Basil Pesto Recipe

1 TBS fresh minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 egg yolks
1/2 medium lemon sliced
2 TBS romano cheese
2 egg yolks
about 1/2 cup olive oil
Combine all ingredients in food processor except the oil. Yes, throw the lemons right on in there!Turn on and slowly add olive oil into processor until well blended. This will be a thick consistency.
I am serving this with pasta and chicken sausage as my lunch special. You can toss with pasta, put it in rice or mashed potatoes, serve with french fries, top a burger. The possibilities are endless!
