Soups

Starters
Roasted Garlic. Jumbo garlic bulb soaked in olive oil and slow roasted until soft and buttery.   Served with grilled pita, feta cheese, mixed olives and roasted peppers.   7.95

Eggplant Bruschetta. Thick chunks of eggplant grilled and diced, fresh diced roma tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, balsamic and olive oil. Laid over grilled bread. Dusted with Romano. 7.95

Camel Ragout. Braised camel melded with a mixture of saut*ed wild mushrooms, garlic, slivered red onions, heavy cream, Bock Beer, brandy and tarragon.   Served over Grilled Garlic Crustinis and sprinkled with smoked Gouda cheese.   8.95


Entrees
BOCK Hot Brown. Locally made BOCK sausage grilled and served Arnold's hot brown way.  Follow me!  Grilled hoagie bun, French fries, BOCK BEER infused cheese sauce, sauerkraut, BOCK sausage, homemade spicy BOCK mustard and chopped raw onions. 8.95

Buffalo Sliders. Ground Buffalo steam grilled & saut*ed with onions and Pepper Jack. Served on a steamed bun with spicy mayo. Includes French fries and spring mix salad. Sorry this dish cannot be altered. 9.95

Sausage Plate. BOCK sausage served with braised red cabbage, mashed potatoes, spicy homemade mustard and chunky applesauce. 13.95

BOCK Cod. 2 pieces of Arnold's classic fried cod spritzed with BOCK BEER.   Served with homemade tartar sauce, cole slaw and French fries. 10.25

Pasta BOCKdroski. Sorry couldn't resist!  Roasted red peppers, mushrooms, artichokes, red onion, sundried tomatoes and fresh spinach flash cooked with white wine, BOCK BEER and Arnold's garlic sauce.  Served over linguine and dusted with Romano. 14.25

Lamb Tacos. Leg of lamb seared in a coating of coffee, chili powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, brown sugar and cayenne. Then braised with bock beer. Slow roasted with red onions, whole garlic and diced tomatoes. Served with a make your own taco plate, shredded lettuce, sour cream, lime and fresh cilantro. 13.95

Caribean Goat.Goat marinated in lime, lemon, orange juice, anise, garlic, tamarind and red chiles. Then grilled and slow roasted. Served with spicy black beans and sweet coconut rice. 13.95

Drunken Rabbit. 1/2 rabbit pan seared with bock beer, onions, mushrooms, garlic, roasted red peppers and sour cream.   Served with parsley buttered potato wedges. 13.95

Grilled Salmon Served with coconut rice and sauteed veggie. 16.95

Greek Spaghetti Deluxe. Bell peppers, onions, tomato, mushrooms, olives and bacon saut*ed in Arnold's garlic sauce.   Served over linguine and dusted with Romano. 13.95

Burger & Fries. Veggie Burger also available.  Grilled medium with choice of cheese. 8.95

Roasted Root Veggie Salad In season root veggies pan roasted with a balsamic fig reduction. Served over wild field greens. Topped with goat cheese, dried figs and Dijon Balsamic 8.95
